Overview


Facing the frontiers and trends of future materials science, our group conduct research in state-of-the-art First-principles COMPUTATIONAL MATEIRALS DESIGN, interdisciplinary High-throughput computing, Materials Genome exploration, ATOMIC-SCALE mechanism & physical deep understanding as well as advanced structural characterization of LIGHT-METAL BASED MATERIALS. The graduated students can acquire capabilities not only in materials science but also in other interdisciplinary knowledge such as computational science, energy, environment, bio-medicine, etc., which would greatly increase their own competence in career.
