Recently，Symposium on Materials Processing Technology was hosted by School of Matrials Science and Engineering.

Professor Wu Chuansong, Chairman of the Conference, presided over the opening ceremony, Zhang Jia qi, Deputy Minister of International Affair Department made the welcome speech, and Professor Lv Yupeng, Executive Vice Dean of the School of Materials Science, delivered the opening speech.More than 170 experts, scholars, engineering technicians, and graduate students from universities, research institutes, and enterprises in the United States, Canada, Germany, Austria, Australia, India, and China attended the conference.

The meeting was divided into four sessions, presided over by Professors Qin Guoliang, Chen Ji, Shi Lei, and Wang Juan.
