On the afternoon of December 26th, the School of Materials Science and Engineering held the First Session of the Sixth Congress of its Faculty and Staff Representatives. The purpose of this congress was to further leverage the role of faculty and staff in participating in and discussing politics, to promote democratic management and decision-making within the school, and to mobilize all faculty and staff to unite their efforts, thereby fostering consensus and driving reform and development within the school.
