Overview

Zhang Lin, Female, Ph.D., Associate   Professor of School of Materials Science and Engineering, Shandong   University. She is currently engaged in the preparationperformance and   applications of carbon nanomaterials in the field of environmental protection   and energy storage. She also conducts a series of studies on boride   functional materials, such as the synthesis of micro-nano powders,   polycrystalline and nano-films, structural characterization, performance   analysis and application exploration.

Research Interests

1) Research of alkaline/rare earth   boride functional materials, including chemical synthesis of micro/nano-sized   powders and polycrystalline blocks, optimization of preparation process   parameters, microstructure characterization, performance analysis and application   research;

2) Investigation to functional   composite nano-films prepared by magnetron sputtering, including process   parameter optimization, microstructure analysis, performance design, and   applications in optics and electron emission;

3) Design of various types of   nanocarbon functional composite materials by electrospinning, aerogel and   chemical deposition techniques. Optimization of process parameters, structure   and performance analysis are carried out to realize the application of   graphene/carbon nanotube in waste water/gas treatment, gas sensor, energy and   other fields.
